I am 100% cash in my accounts. I do not like the fact that the major indexes are now below their declining 30 week averages. There were only 13 stocks that traded at all-time-highs (ATH) on Tuesday and 3 of them were green line break-outs (GLBs). Here are the 3 GLBs. If any closes below their green lines, I would sell immediately. CELH had the best pattern with above average volume. Remember, in a weak market GLBs and other break-outs tend to fail.
Here are all 13 stocks at an ATH, ordered by change since a year ago.
