Nicolas Maduro, President of Venezuela, admits that his administration is facing a huge crisis and can no longer pay the debts in a speech televised all throughout the country.
“For months, opponents have taken to the streets to voice their frustration with Maduro’s government. More than 100 people have died in connection with bloody protests. Chaos has consumed this country of astonishing natural beauty — one that also possesses the largest proven oil reserves in the world. How did a potential paradise become so lost?”
Venezuela is literally a huge ATM machine running out of cash with the problems they are facing as of this moment. The saddest thing that could ever happen in such abundant country is to see its people skipping meals in order to save the remaining food they can afford, worse is when some don’t have anything at all.
How can such a beautiful paradise suddenly turn into hell? Citizens suffering from hunger, malnutrition, medical shortages, unemployment, diseases, and the list goes on. What will happen now to Venezuela?
