Baltimore station reporter Tansill-Suddath departs for WAMU-FM

Callan Tansill-Suddath

Callan Tansill-Suddath, a reporter who covered politics and governmental affairs for WYPR-FM 88.1 in Maryland, will join WAMU-FM 88.5/DCist to continue to cover Maryland.

Tansill-Suddath begins on Aug. 8.

Previously, she was a community news reporter at The Baltimore Sun and interned at New Hampshire Public Radio. She reported for Capital News Service and The Howard Center for Investigative Journalism.

As a freelancer Tansill-Suddath, has contributed to Business Insider, the Washington City Paper and more. She also wrote for Bustle.

Tansill-Suddath has a B.A. from George Washington University and a M.J. from the University of Maryland.
