WaPo names Stevens graphics columnist

Harry Stevens

The Washington Post has tapped Harry Stevens to serve as a graphics columnist in its Climate and Environment department. He begins Nov. 14.

As per the Post:

“As a visual columnist, he will interrogate climate science and data to create surprising and accessible graphics. Harry will engage with readers across platforms and bring insights that will empower them to untangle complex issues and navigate their lives in a warming but ever-hopeful world.”

Stevens joined the Post in 2019 from Axios, where he served as a visual journalist. He worked on the news apps team of the Hindustan Times and reported for The New York World. He interned at The Salt Lake Tribune.

Stevens has a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound and a M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
